For modular garden building companies

Ten booked
surveys a month.
In your diary.

We find the homes in Ireland with gardens suited to a modular unit, write a personal letter to each owner with their own garden pictured, and hand you a confirmed appointment. You only pay for the ones that happen.

01 — The mechanism

We do the awkward bit.
You do the handshake.

Most garden building companies wait for the phone to ring. We go and find the homes, write to the owners, and hand you the diary full of confirmed appointments.

01Satellite + address data

We find

Every house in your county is checked from above. Garden size, orientation, obstacles, access. Only the ones suited to a modular unit make the list.

02Personal printed letter

We write

Each owner gets a letter with an image of their own garden and a pod footprint laid over it. Their address, their unit, their numbers. No generic leaflet ever landed like this.

03Unique QR → landing page

They book

The letter carries a QR that opens a page already set up for their property. They choose a survey time. It lands in your calendar.

04A warm, self-qualified visit

You survey

You meet a homeowner who has seen the pod, the price, and the garden it would sit in — and chose to say yes to a survey. That conversation starts at a different place.

The part people ask about

Yes — there is satellite imagery and AI under the bonnet. The homeowner never sees any of it. They open a letter, see their garden, and pick up the phone.

02 — What it costs

No retainer.
No up-front fee.
Pay only for booked surveys.

We take the risk so you don't have to. We spend on addresses, letters, and postage. You pay only when a homeowner is in your diary with a date in their own calendar.

03 — Why this works

Every other company is
waiting for the phone.
We pick it up for you.

Without GardenSpace

Inbound only

  • Lumpy pipeline
Good months, empty months, no say in either.
  • Tyre-kickers
Form fills from anyone — most unqualified, most never convert.
  • Spend with nothing to show
Google Ads, leaflets, trade shows, sponsored posts. Paid before a single survey is booked.
  • No territorial moat
The next competitor can buy the same ads tomorrow.
With GardenSpace

Outbound, at scale

  • A predictable diary
A set number of confirmed surveys every month, not an unknown.
  • Self-qualified homeowners
They've seen the pod, the price, and their own garden before saying yes.
  • Zero ad spend from you
We carry every cost. You pay only when a survey lands.
  • One partner per county
Your county is yours. Nobody else we work with can touch it.
I'd been stuck working from the kitchen table for two years I never thought the solution was right there in the garden.
We'd talked about renting out space to help with the mortgage, but we never thought we could do it without building an extension.
I got your letter and realized we've been complaining about needing more space, and it's been sitting there the whole time.
I never thought about using the garden like this until I saw your letter.
Our daughter gets her independence and can actually save for her own place it's perfect for both of us.

05 — Questions

The things
everyone asks.

Anything else — ask on the intro call. No pitch-deck gymnastics, no sales tactics. A straight conversation.

Once you're onboarded, we scan your county within a week and dispatch letters in the second. First surveys are typically booked within 21–35 days of the first letters landing — the letter needs time to sit on the kitchen counter before the QR gets scanned.
You don't pay for it. A survey only counts as 'confirmed and delivered' if the homeowner was there, the garden was as described, and the conversation happened. No-shows are re-booked or refunded.
Not in the current plan. We deliver you a warm, briefed homeowner. You run the survey, the quote, and the close — you know your product and pricing better than anyone. We're exploring a Phase 2 model where we take commission on closed sales, but that's opt-in and separate.
Yes. We use publicly licensed address data (Eircode ECAD) and physical post, not email or phone. The letters contain no personal data beyond the postal address, which is categorised as non-sensitive under Irish DPC guidance for postal marketing.
Three things. County exclusivity — we only work with one partner per county. An eighteen-month head-start on address, conversion, and outcome data that nobody else has. And the letter itself — reproducing a personalised aerial rendering at a price that works is harder than it looks.
Yes. We'll walk you through a live example for a property in your county on the intro call, including the actual letter that would be posted and the page it opens.
Keep doing it. This is outbound — it reaches homeowners who would never have searched for you. Our partners see GardenSpace as a separate pipeline, not a replacement for their existing marketing.
06 — Apply

Thirty minutes.
One conversation.
See if we fit.

The intro call is a working session, not a pitch. We'll look at a live sample for an address in your county, walk through the numbers, and tell you honestly whether this makes sense for your business right now.

No deck. No salesperson.
Actual addresses from your county scored on the call.
If we're not a fit, we'll tell you in the first ten minutes.
